- Estimates convert seamlessly into work orders and subcontractor purchase orders. Estimates for leads don’t need to be in QuickBooks when they are not ready, keeping their QuickBooks file clean.
- Storage side of the business is automated: invoices are generated monthly until machinery is delivered out, giving full visibility on which machines are stored and for how long.
- Invoices are automatically sent via text/email with customer portal payment options.
