Can Method CRM be integrated into my other apps?
Absolutely. Method has an open API. Alef Team Business Solutions has built hundreds of integrations with various apps: WooCommerce, Shopify, ShipRush, SOS Inventory, Dropbox just to name a few popular ones. We also built integrations directly with web forms on a client’s website. The advantage of having Alef Team Business Solutions as your integration partner is that we engineer workflow solutions rather than just an API call between two apps. We are also partners with Pipedream, an app integration platform that allows you to take your Method API capabilities further without the costs of a developer.
Zapier is a great tool to create one step automations. It has its own learning curve, and it comes with a monthly subscription that you have to upkeep until you no longer need the integration. Building a direct integration gives you flexibility to design it to your unique workflow. It also comes with a one time fee and you have it forever.
We can still integrate it using file exports, email triggers, or third-party connectors. There are also AI agents that we can deploy that would take care of transferring data — though some limitations may apply.
We offer ongoing support plans to monitor and maintain your integrations. You’ll always have someone watching your systems. We always include health-checks in our integrations to monitor if an API breaks or not.
